To draw attention to systemic biases and discrimination against women and girls, today’s activities flipped the script by giving women and girls (“queen bees”) uninterrupted authority and prioritization. Ground rules included queen bees speaking first and without interruption, leading all teams and conversations, and receiving first service in meals and activities.
