If you’re an international camper looking for an exciting, enriching camp experience, you need look no farther than Camp Kupugani. To celebrate their individual identities, while sharing and celebrating our Camp Kupugani community, our campers come from all over the United States and the world! Girls have come from as far as Japan and Spain, with others joining them from California, Texas, New Mexico, Georgia and Louisiana, in addition to girls from our home state of Illinois. Our campers’ ethnic backgrounds are a nice mix too--including Caucasian, African-American, Bi-racial, Hispanic/Latina, Asian, South Asian, Middle Eastern, and Native American; our young ladies embrace identities from everywhere! And there’s a nice range of economic diversity too...at Camp Kupugani our girls have it all!
We value our international campers, who show their commitment to our program by traveling so far to get here! Therefore, we try to ease the transition as much as possible. If you are traveling directly from outside of the United States to camp, usually those flights will arrive at O’Hare International Airport, which is just 90 minutes’ drive from camp. If you’re changing a number of time zones to arrive here in the U.S. Central time zone, you’re welcome to fly in to O’Hare the day before camp starts; we will pick you up (free of charge), and get you to camp, where you’ll have a day or so to relax and relieved from any jetlag before the majority of campers arrive on opening day.

Мы ценим наших международных участников, приверженцев нашей программы, приезжающих издалека. Мы стараемся по возможности сгладить период адаптации. Eсли вы летите из другой страны в наш лагерь, то как правило, ваш рейс прилетает в международный аэропорт О’Хэйр (O’Hare International Airport), от которого полтора часа езды до нашего лагеря. Если ваш полет занимает несколько часовых поясов, то вы можете прилететь в О’Хэйр за день до начала лагеря.
