Weddings At Camp White Eagle
Camp Kupugani / Camp White Eagle is a beautiful locale available to rent for weddings April-November. We are located two hours west of Chicago, Illinois, in the rolling hills and woods of Northwestern Illinois. Our camp is comprised beautiful woods, trails, a swimming pool, two all-natural rock climbing walls, game fields, and a 5-acre lake for swimming, and almost a mile of canoeing through the property. With 126 acres of forests, wildlife, and wildflowers galore, it offers fresh air, natural water, the robust smell of pure woods and a twinkling night sky.
Custom Wedding Packages Tailored to Your Needs
Our wedding packages are tailored specifically to the needs of your wedding. We will work with you to help design a program to fit your needs–from staffed fun camp activities, meals, lodge and kitchen, overnight accommodations (we can sleep 181), to just providing a beautiful venue to hang out and be self-sufficient. Since we are so flexible with our packages, our rates and pricing are very reasonable. We also offer specific pricing based off the number of meals, staffed hours, nights of lodging, and number of attendees.
Below are some wedding package examples of what folks have done in the past (add about 50% to each line item to get current 2025 rates):
- 3-day Wedding Weekend for 100 people (about $8800 at 2025 rates)
- 3-day Wedding Weekend for 130 people (some tenting) (about $8300 at 2025 rates)
- 2-day Wedding Weekend for 110 people (about $5700 at 2025 rates)
