Humble Beginnings

It all started with a pilot program in 2006, followed by our first official two-week girls session in 2007. Those pioneering campers set the tone for empowerment that continues today.

Expanding Horizons

Over the years, we’ve added new programs to meet varied needs:

• First 4-week girls session (2009)
• Mother-Daughter Weekend (2009)
• Boys session (2011)
• Parent-Child Weekend (2015)

• Our 100th camper joined us in 2009
• First camper-turned-counselor in 2015
• Our 1000th camper arrived in 2018
• First camper-turned-admin in 2019
• Our 2000th camper will arrive in 2025!

Facility Upgrades

We’ve continuously improved our camp based on camper feedback:

• Revamped cabins with insulation, new flooring and built-in drawers
• Upgraded bathhouses
• Added a Gaga pit, 9 Square, and sand volleyball court
• Added sports courts for basketball, tennis, and pickleball
• Added new large equipment shed 

Culinary Delights

Food has always been a highlight:

• Miss Natasha’s famous coffee cake
• Cookouts and 4th of July watermelon-eating contests
• Popular “Cooking with Tash” camptivity

• Trips to farms and caves
