- It all starts with trust.
- Are you speaking with your kids with respect?
- They need your undivided attention.
- Bedtime can be a great time to connect.

- They need you to protect them from things for which they aren’t emotionally mature enough.
- Be mindful of what your children are watching.

- They need you to accept them for who they are, not who you might want them to be.
- Let your children be themselves.
- Don’t compare your kids to other people’s children.
