Random Thoughts on Team Work
Thus begins part one of the series blog on how to become a world changer not only at Kupugani but in the broader world. Teamwork is an important component of striving to change our world. It provides so many opportunities for learning. You may think some parts of you are weak, but in a group there are always people there to compensate. Your strengths also compensate for certain weaknesses of others. It is important to work within a group because not only do you learn about other people’s ideas but you also learn about yourself. The ability to learn one’s limits and strengths, you can push yourself to the brink and learn so many more things. The different people in your group can teach you different ideas from the rest of the world and diverse communities. The new viewpoints teach us different aspects from each corner of the world and mind. In conjunction with teamwork, you can also learn communication skills and also how to compromise with many viewpoints. You are able to learn how to communicate with people from a variety of backgrounds and those with different ideals. This is important because you also have to learn how to compromise on certain societal issues. We may come into contact with controversial issues and disagree with those we communicate with but in order to resolve these issues, we must learn the importance of compromise.
